Nullifire FS702 Fire Rated Acrylic An intumastic water based acrylic sealant which cures to give a firm but flexible fire seal, suitable for use in various construction joints and offering up to 30% movement capability, whilst providing an excellent acoustic and air seal. Suitable for: ¤ Static and movement linear joint (masonry/flexible wall to masonry/rigid wall/ rigid floor/flexible wall). ¤ Window and door joints (masonry to timber/steel). ¤ Cold smoke seal. ¤ Service penetrations sealing: copper & steel pipes and cable bundles. ¤ Up to 4 hours fire resistance - tested to EN 1366-4, EN1366-3 and BS476 pt 20-22. ¤ Acoustics up to 55dB. ¤ Available in 310ml tubes, box qty of 12. Fire Rated/Retardant Nullifire FF197 Fire Rated Foam ¤ A modified single component fire rated polyurethane foam. ¤ Used to seal door frames, window frames and linear gaps throughout the fire rated areas of a building. ¤ The cured foam is adversely affected by UV light and should be covered with a suitable Sealant or FS702 acrylic. ¤ Tested to BD EN 1364- 1 (fire door):FD60 performance achieved. ¤ Gaps up to 35mm (fire door). ¤ Tested to BS EN 1366-4 (linear gaps): up to 4 hours fire resistance. ¤ 2 in 1 gun and nozzle canister. ¤ Pink coloured foam for easy identification. ¤ Available in 750ml canister, box quantity of 12.
